About the role

The ICAM Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management, Credentialing initiatives.

Manages, coordinates, and establishes priorities for complete life-cycle of projects including the planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of solutions designed to meet the project requirements.
Designs project plans which identify needs and define major tasks and milestones, based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel.
Manages the agreed scope of the organization's solution projects and provides innovative solutions to complex problems for the purpose of increasing the speed of development and change and of driving the achievement of business objectives.

Nine (9) + years of experience in supporting Information Technology as a Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, or Senior Project Manager.
Project management proficiency with the knowledge skills, tools and techniques required to implement the services comprised by the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL Foundation).
