Responsibilities
- Coordinate with MT and IT to ensure that technological tools and systems are aligned with process requirements, optimizing software and hardware to support workflow enhancements.
- Document process changes and updates and create comprehensive manuals and guidelines for staff training and reference
- Deliver process design flows within established timelines. Ensure successful completion of project milestones as defined in the project management plans.
- Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and outcomes.
- Implement process improvements that lead to measurable improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, efficiency, scrap reduction, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Deliver innovative process solutions that incorporate best practices and emerging technologies.
- Lead the transition management for process changes and ensure that all staff are adequately trained on new procedures and that changes are smoothly integrated into daily operations.
- Model the appropriate behavior and effectively communicate and implement initiatives that enhance a safe, conscientious and respectful site culture.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment by actively engaging with team members and encouraging their input in process design and improvement efforts.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, continuous improvement, or process excellence.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving change within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Power BI.

- Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement, recommending changes to minimize bottlenecks and streamline operations.
- Ensure that new processes are created to improve workflow and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure successful completion of project milestones as defined in the project management plans.
- Coach team members to ensure management processes are understood.
- Report and investigate incidents and injuries and communicate findings.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all processes meet the required standards and comply with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of process documentation and implementations to identify areas for quality improvement.
- Ensure that process improvements are delivered within financial constraints.
