- Position Overview Supervisor of Production plans, directs, coordinates, and controls manufacturing activities in assigned work center to achieve established management goals.
Responsibilities
- Understands the Transfer procedure in the Union contract. Manages work within area of responsibility to minimize bid/bump situations
- Understands the Overtime provision of the Union contract and properly canvasses and documents activities
- Maintains good employee relations through counseling and proper application of employee relation policies
- Supervision of shifts or multiple departments to maintain production schedules with quality product and on time delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years production experience
- Knowledge of EEOC, OSHA, and EPA rules and regulations
- Some knowledge or experience in one or all the following: manufacturing, mechanical aptitude, battery or electrical knowledge, SPC training, problem solving
Nice to have
- 2-year degree or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish

Compensation
- $10k-$30k
