About the role

  • The Materials & Logistics team is the heartbeat of our San Carlos operation - the people who keep components flowing, production lines stocked, and shipments moving on time.
  • Every robot that walks out of our facility starts with the work this team does, and we take that responsibility seriously.
  • As a Materials Handler, you are directly responsible for ensuring the physical flow of materials that keeps NEO production on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • We're building humanoid robots that work in home - doing the chores, handling the tasks, and giving people their time back.
  • NEO is our flagship - a home robot designed to move, learn, and operate in the real world alongside real people.
  • We're scaling, we're hiring with intention, and we need people who want to build something that will genuinely change how humans spend their time - safely creating abundance for all.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials handling.
  • Hands-on experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks - certification is ideal but not a deal breaker if you can pass training quickly.

Skills

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment (electronics, automotive, or robotics a plus).
  • Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Current forklift certification.
  • Experience supporting a fast-scaling operation where processes are still being built.

  • Keep production lines continuously supplied - zero stoppages caused by material delays on your shift.
  • Process inbound, outbound, and internal transfers with complete, accurate documentation, every time.
  • Own the safety and organization of your work area - every shift ends cleaner and safer than it started.
  • Respond to shifting production priorities quickly, escalating risks early so the team can adjust.
  • Bias for action - you see what needs to be done and move on it without waiting to be asked.
  • Detail-obsessed - you treat inventory accuracy and documentation as non-negotiable, because downstream teams depend on it.
  • Calm in a fast-paced environment - priorities shift, equipment moves, and you stay focused and safe through it.
  • Team-first communication - you flag issues early, share context generously, and never let a teammate get blindsided.
  • Safety mindset - you understand that one shortcut can hurt someone, and you refuse to take it.
