Responsibilities
- Working closely with leaders in Engineering, Customer Support, Resident Maintenance, Sales, and Marketing, this position is accountable for continuously improving the delivery of our services.
- Works with Sales to create quotes for Preventative Maintenance, Retrofits, Corrective Maintenance, and Launch support 4.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain staff.
- Supervisory Responsibilities This position manages all leaders within the department (3) with a department size of (20+) and is responsible for the management and hiring of the employees within that department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree preferred.
- Must have a strong customer focus and be able to build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence effectively and quickly.
