About the role

  • The role requires close collaboration with clients and teams across Index Portfolio Management, Research & Development, Sales, Distribution & Insights, Governance, Marketing, and Legal.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Client Launch Execution
  • Serve as Nasdaq's primary business lead for new index-linked investment product launches.
  • Manage client onboarding, implementation planning, launch readiness, and market introduction activities.
  • Develop launch plans, manage milestones and risks, and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure a seamless transition from commercial approval through launch execution.
  • Build and Scale Launch Programs
  • Design and enhance Nasdaq's launch framework, processes, governance, and best practices.
  • Drive Prioritization and Cross-Functional Execution
  • Evaluate competing opportunities and support prioritization decisions based on strategic objectives, commercial impact, and resource availability.
  • Develop expertise across investment product structures including ETFs, mutual funds, structured products, annuities, SMAs, model portfolios, and listed derivatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, commercialization, asset management, index licensing, capital markets, consulting, or related financial services roles.
  • Strong understanding of investment products and the asset management industry.
  • Experience utilizing CRM and reporting platforms, including Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of ETFs, structured products, annuities, SMAs, direct indexing, and other index-linked investment vehicles.
  • Experience launching investment products across multiple regions.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory and operational considerations affecting investment products.
  • Experience working within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Required
  • Significant experience managing institutional client relationships and complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large programs and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and executive presentation capabilities.

Compensation

  • The base pay range for this role is $155,000 - $287,000.
