About the role

Responsibilities

  • building a one-off landing page for every keyword, every campaign change, every A/B test, then waiting on design and engineering to do it.
  • Today we deliver on-brand pages on your own domain in minutes, with no rebuilds and no engineers.
  • Imagine a website that builds new pages, tests creative, and optimizes performance in response to real-world signals: competitive shifts, user behavior, trending search queries, the way an autonomous vehicle responds to road conditions and traffic.
  • you set pricing with the founders and build the analytics that steer the roadmap.
  • You'll work directly with the founders, build relationships across every function, and the path from here leads to functional leadership for whoever wants it.
  • Own cross-functional projects end to end, from scoping through execution
  • Build internal AI tooling to make existing business processes more efficient

Requirements

  • 3-8 years in consulting, investment banking, and/or 3-8 years in operations at a high-growth tech company

Nice to have

  • Ex-consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or IB is a strong signal.
  • You've already been trained to be paranoid about details
  • A technical degree (CS, engineering, math, physics), even if you took a non-technical path
  • You've owned books, payroll, or an SOC 2 process before
