This is my job board Experience Designer, Accessibility We're seeking an Experience Designer specializing in accessibility to help shape inclusive and intuitive digital experiences.

Design user experiences that prioritize accessibility and inclusivity.
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate accessibility into the product lifecycle.
Translate accessibility requirements into clear design patterns and guidelines.
Advocate for accessible design practices across the organization.
Strong interaction and visual design skills.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure our products meet WCAG standards and exceed expectations for usability across diverse audiences.

3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a focus on accessibility.
Deep knowledge of WCAG, ADA, and assistive technologies.
Experience conducting accessibility testing and working with screen readers, voice control, and other assistive tools.
