About the role

  • The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and confident in navigating time-sensitive conversations with current families and clinicians to ensure the continuity of client care through same day and future rescheduling across multiple locations.
  • Input client and staff scheduling changes with high attention to detail to ensure data integrity
  • Oversee staffing substitutions, enabling clinicians to cover open staffing needs upon call-outs, and arranging for timely replacement of clinicians where appropriate

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the input and tracking of all hourly clinicians' availability and service schedules
  • Support payroll functions by stewarding timely CentralReach (CR) conversions and completing timesheet audits
