About the role

This position may be based in either our Denver, Colorado or Washington, DC office.
In this role, you'll work closely with project managers, principals, and other marketing and business services professionals.
Your primary responsibility will be crafting high-quality proposals that address client needs.

Responsibilities

Provide support with researching, monitoring, and tracking potential project opportunities and strategic pursuits, helping maintain visibility into upcoming RFPs, RFQs, and other procurement opportunities.
Collaborate with project managers, senior management, and other business services staff to plan, coordinate, and produce qualifications, proposals, and presentations, and meet relevant deadlines
Use our company's brand style guide and design resources to create attractive and effective graphics and documents for marketing pursuits that compete well with others
Update and maintain databases of project opportunities, project descriptions, resumes, references, and qualifications materials
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining professionalism and exceptional attention to detail
You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with fellow marketing professionals within our company, as well as external teaming partners.

Eagerness to learn and develop skills in graphic design, writing, and template management

Requirements

2-5 years of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
A portfolio demonstrating your visual design capabilities is required.

Nice to have

Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) preferred, but not required
Experience within the AEC industry is preferred, but not required

Compensation

$60k-$80k
