Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Enablement Manager in driving social media presence for both Wintrust Wealth Management and Wintrust Investments and lead effective adoption of social media by front-line employees.
  • Deliver timely and quality fulfillment of all field requests such as for new or revised collateral, seminars and events, advertisements, mailings, and promotional item orders.
  • Manage relationships with third-party suppliers of stationery, print materials, and promotional items.
  • Ensure timely and quality upkeep of departmental infrastructure including the firm's intranet, public websites, and social media accounts, all collateral, shared network drive files, marketing supplies (promotional items, paper, binding materials, folders, brochures), and equipment (printer, computer, and binding machine)

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have the following personal traits:

Nice to have

  • Three to five years of experience serving in a sales enablement or similar capacity.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite on both Macintosh and Windows operating systems.
  • Knowledge of, or experience in, the financial markets or wealth management space.
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Self-starter that works well both independently and in teams.
  • Highly organized, accountable, and detail oriented.
  • Critical thinker that takes pride in their output.

Compensation

  • The estimated salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
  • Deliver timely and quality delivery of all regularly scheduled output such as weekly and monthly publications, quarterly and annual events, holiday gift order fulfillment.
