About the role

- This position will cover both our Queens and NYC locations.
Responsibilities
- Support clinician productivity and effective caseload management
- Serve as a clinical resource and support day-to-day problem-solving for the clinical team
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director on program development and quality improvement
Requirements
- Active NYS LCSW required
- Strong knowledge of documentation, compliance, and quality standards
Nice to have
- Experience in SUD treatment strongly preferred
Compensation
- $100k-$120k
