Job Posting Title Maintenance Technician Job Description Summary Responsible for the safe troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Job Description: Follow all company safety, quality and environmental policies and procedures.

Follow job specific Work Instructions which pertain to the job assignment.
Receive and interpret instructions, work orders, and blueprints covering, scheduled and emergency repair, installations, and inspections of work to be done.
Operate production machinery.
Test and inspects equipment for defects and malfunctioning such as misalignment, wear, failure, insufficient lubrication, need for improvements, etc.
Determine best way of making repairs, replacements, and installations to minimize interruption of production.
Make permanent or temporary repairs or adjustments as needed and directed.
Advise supervisor when immediate shutdown of equipment is necessary to minimize damage and the status of temporary repairs and constructions.
