Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of Business Development and Sales Management, this individual will be responsible for identifying, researching and cultivating new business opportunities, managing prospect relationships, and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives in support of the firm's broader growth goals.
  • The Associate Director will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute tailored outreach plans to prospective clients, tracking all activity and recording it in a CRM system.

  • Coordinate with investment, client service, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and delivery of customized outreach and relevant content.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in investment management, consulting, or financial services, with a focus on business development or client acquisition.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of institutional investment landscape and client needs.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

  • 101900 Pay Range Maximum:
  • In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package.
  • Actual placement within the stated salary range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
