About the role
- Regular and predictable onsite job attendance is an essential function of this position.

- Reviews plans for quality, accuracy, completeness and compliance with standards and requirements.
- progressively increased responsibility in supervising personnel.
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge and proficiency utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D for design of civil (road/bridge) infrastructure projects.
- Strong working knowledge of RCOC organization structure including cause / effect of project priorities and impact throughout the organization.
- Drafting, road plan preparation and computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A minimum of five (5) years of technical experience commensurate with the duties described above is required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and possess a Valid Driver's license.
- EOE/ADA/Drug Free Workplace.
