Manage the day to day scheduling and performance of the part time event team
Own the events budget, with authority to allocate spending across shows and track costs by show
Conduct training sessions ahead of major shows and provide field coaching and support to team members
Monitor individual team member performance and provide field support when needed
Support the Director of Marketing in coordinating the development and distribution of marketing materials (mailers, email campaigns, and event collateral)

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required

3+ years of experience in a management or leadership role is required
backgrounds in event coordination, team leadership, or other people-focused roles are a plus
