- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Industrial Management, or related field is required.

- Must have knowledge of management of operational and administrative programs of considerable scope.
- Must be able to work under extreme pressure given tight deadlines and adverse working conditions.
- Must have creative problem-solving skills to ensure proper equipment operations, maintenance and modification.
