About the role

- Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and team dynamics with guidance from the HR Manager on complex matters.
- Assist in the people readiness process for new location openings within the assigned region, coordinating pre-opening HR tasks.
Responsibilities

- In this role, you will serve as a key HR partner within the business, helping leaders navigate employee matters, strengthen team effectiveness, and support people operations across the region.
- You'll work closely with managers and internal HR partners to help build a thoughtful, compliant, and scalable people experience in a fast-moving environment.
- Lead ER investigations and performance cases of moderate complexity; escalate high-risk or sensitive matters to the HR Manager.
- Support workforce planning and open role prioritization within the region in partnership with the HR Manager and TA function.
- Partner with the HR Generalist in the region on ER triage and case management.
- Develop knowledge of multi-state labor law requirements and NAKEDᴹᴰ compliance obligations across the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
