Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour support and supervision for residents in a home-like setting.
- Implement and follow personalized care plans tailored to residents' needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and resident progress.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional care.
- Must pass a background check and meet state regulatory requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience in caregiving, group homes, or working with individuals with disabilities preferred (training provided).
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
