- As an Installer, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality installations, delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining organized job sites.
Responsibilities
- Worksite Preparation and Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized job site, handle teardown, and ensure thorough project cleanup according to company standards.
- Finishing Work: Apply exterior and interior finish trim, caulking, and other final details to deliver a high-quality end product.
- We build the only unique window offering available in the market, and have a controlled territory to distribute our product.
- Our process is designed to be the highest quality construction experience, backed by the oldest brand in the business.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site, handle teardown, and ensure thorough project cleanup according to company standards.
- Apply exterior and interior finish trim, caulking, and other final details to deliver a high-quality end product.
- Material Handling Support: Dedicated warehouse staff orders, pulls and stages your products and materials for project loading.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs., and up to 150 lbs. assisted
- ability to efficiently manage time and installation tasks.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with installation crews, internal staff, and leadership.

Compensation
- On-target earnings (OTE) range from $70,000 to $150,000 annually, based on tier level and performance.
- includes piecework pay, an hourly base pay with potential bonus opportunities where applicable.
