Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators.
- Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or GED required
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the association's governing documents.
Nice to have
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience is preferred
Compensation
- $25.00- $26.00 per hour
- Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week
- Open Availability Monday- Sunday
- Potential Shifts Include: 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM / 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM + Occasional 10:00 PM- 6:30 AM
- Schedule is subject to change based on business needs

- Compensation: $25.00- $26.00 per hour
- Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week; Open Availability Monday- Sunday
- Potential Shifts Include: 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM / 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM + Occasional 10:00 PM- 6:30 AM
