About the role
- This role is critical in ensuring product quality, test coverage, and scalability across production environments.
- Select and integrate appropriate test equipment for production testing
- Continuously improve test coverage, reliability, and throughput
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate automated test programs and fixtures for manufacturing environments
- Design and implement scalable test architectures for system and PCBA-level testing
- Create detailed and robust manufacturing test procedures and documentation
- Partner with manufacturing and Failure Review Board (FRB) teams to analyze test failures
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce test escapes
- Manufacturing Support
- Provide hands-on support to manufacturing test technicians for troubleshooting and repair
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in PCBA and/or system-level manufacturing environments
- Strong hands-on experience with manufacturing test systems and troubleshooting
- Experience with automated test development and test equipment integration
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to have
- Experience with hardware/software integration testing
- Familiarity with test frameworks, scripting, and automation tools
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and global production environments
- Knowledge of quality and reliability methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, DFx)
- Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing and product ramp

Compensation
- Base Pay Range
- $150,000 - $190,000 USD
