About the role

The Business Analyst supports requirements intake, analysis, and refinement for customer digital application and web platform initiatives.
This role works closely with government stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate needs into actionable requirements, manage Agile workflows within Azure DevOps, support post deployment validation, and ensure technical solutions align with customer mission and strategic direction.

Manage the intake of new requirements via customer ITSM processes and Azure DevOps request channels.
Conduct stakeholder discussions to clarify needs, identify solution approaches, and document business and functional requirements.
Maintain and refine the product backlog to support sprint prioritization, sequencing, and capacity alignment.
Support post deployment testing by validating delivered functionality, confirming acceptance criteria, documenting issues, and coordinating remediation.
Support Change Control Board (CCB) procedures by drafting change requests, capturing impacts, and tracking approvals.
Maintain clear documentation of requirements, decisions, risks, issues, and follow-up actions.
