- This role will require generalist skills across framing, finish carpentry, and installation tasks, with a focus on precision, efficiency, and teamwork.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is experienced in carpentry, adaptable, and motivated by a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of carpentry experience
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Strong understanding of carpentry principles, including framing and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
- Physical ability to perform tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, and working overhead for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical tasks including standing, lifting, and moving materials.
- Some overtime or weekend work may be required based on production schedules.
