About the role

  • The role includes assisting the W arehouse S upervisor in leading and managing a team of warehouse associates, overseeing their day-to-day activities, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Managers and Leads of various departments to assure daily needs are being met
  • Prepare BOLs, p ick d ocs. Close and manage jobs. Update Shipping Board. Run daily KPI reports.
  • Will co-lead with your supervisor the training program of new associates
  • Monitor and manage the material flow between various warehouses and outside vendors

Requirements

  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and must be able to work in a close team environment, not only with his/her department but also with any other department.

Nice to have

  • Forklift, pole lift, and reach truck experience preferred.
  • Previous experience working in warehouse environment role preferred.
