Responsibilities
- Sales & Account Support
- Support the Sales team with day-to-day account coordination and administrative activities.
- Partner with Operations, Planning, R&D, Regulatory, and other departments to support customer projects and timelines.
- Support additional sales and customer service initiatives as needed.
- Success in this role means delivering responsive customer support, maintaining accurate account information, coordinating effectively across departments, and ensuring customer requests are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, customer service, or a related role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- $55,000-$70,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
