You are respected for your deep technical expertise and/or ability to oversee programs and processes.
You have balanced the needs of multiple stakeholders, making sound decisions using data, analysis, experience and judgment, along with the appropriate risk mindset.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.

The investigation, evaluation and disposition of new and existing Directors & Officers Liability claims including possibly Employment Practices Liability and Fiduciary Liability claims.
Preparation and execution of investigation strategies which identify critical issues effecting liability, causation and damages and assessment of risk transfer and contribution opportunities.
Proper documentation of exposure evaluation and resolution strategy.
Frequently present to senior management of claim disposition recommendations.
Obtain the appropriate authority to independently negotiate multi-million dollar claims with the top plaintiff attorneys nationwide.
Utilize ADR as appropriate and necessary.
Effectively strategize and budget litigation of each claim through discussions with counsel, vendors and insureds.
10+ years of experience handling complex insurance claims, litigation or other related experience

For roles based in New York, the base salary range is $118,000-$178,000 Your actual compensation will be dependent on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
