About the role

  • You'll integrate our platform with hospital information systems, troubleshoot deployment issues in real- time, and ensure our product works reliably in clinical environments.
  • This is a fast‑paced, on‑the‑ground role with significant time spent inside hospitals, working with IT departments, clinical staff, and our remote engineering team primarily in the KSA.
  • The role may be based in KSA or based in Canada with substantial time spent on site; final structure will be aligned with the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain integration layers using HL7, FHIR, and REST APIs.
  • Document integration patterns and build repeatable deployment playbooks.
  • Support onboarding and training of hospital staff on FluidAI products Requirements 2-4 years of software engineering experience.
  • We build solutions designed for real-world impact, supported by full in-house capabilities, a strong intellectual property portfolio, and partnerships with leading institutions around the world.
  • The Role You will be the technical point of contact between FluidAI and our hospital partners.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues at partner sites (often same-day).

Requirements

  • Strong ability to read code.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with Saudi EMR systems (MCC, Oasis, CareWare, Vida, Cerner, Epic, InterSystems TrakCare, and others).
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP).

Compensation

  • The salary for this position will be approximately $100,000 CAD annually.
