Responsibilities
- Organic Social Management Own the day-to-day management of Recess' organic social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, Threads, and emerging platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content daily, maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand voice.
- Develop recurring content series while identifying opportunities to participate in timely trends and conversations.
- Community Management Build meaningful relationships with our community by actively responding to comments, messages, and conversations.
- Help create a social presence that feels personal, approachable, and genuinely fun.
- Growth & Partnerships Identify and manage partnerships with creators, parent influencers and complementary brands.
Requirements
- We're less interested in years of experience and more interested in curiosity, creativity, and execution.
- The ideal candidate: Has 2-5 years of experience creating content, managing social media, or growing online communities.
