About the role

  • Sales growth should include controlled business.
  • This position is an individual contributor role with indirect oversight and guidance of other sales employees.
  • This includes conference calls, video conferences, phone calls, email and other communications in a timely manner to all regions.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the performance levels of TTM and work with the site level management to drive improvement if needed
  • Work with the TTM support teams on negotiation spreadsheets, conducting research in preparation for QBRs and other activities
  • Work with TTM sales to provide guidance and support at the different TTM regional sites
  • Develop and present strategic plans for growth
  • Provide communications and guidance to TTM divisions (all sites globally) in support of the customer's initiatives and expectations
  • Support any special projects or programs assigned by TTM management
  • Manage Customer Information and opportunities in CRM

Requirements

  • The GAM will participate in customer business reviews, negotiations and daily support as required by the customer and TTM.
  • This is a full-time position in which the candidate will be required to travel globally.
  • The hours vary as support is required across North America, Europe and Asia.
  • As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado.

Skills

  • Knowledge of Printed Circuit and/or Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) processing and materials is required
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 and ISO 140001 standards is preferred
  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor of Science degree plus 5 years of experience in sales or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A technical background is encouraged
  • International experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to read, write and understand the English language
  • Excellent attention to detail; excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong proficiency with working knowledge of Windows Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Dynamics CRM
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with high volume of workload
  • Available for travel (25% to 50%) and extended stay away from home

Compensation

  • As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado.
