Responsibilities

- Develops treatment program and establishes goals for improved function
- Maintains appropriate clinical records, progress notes, and reports to the physician or advanced practice practitioner any changes in the patient's condition.
Requirements
- Requires interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally and effectively with staff, patients, and caregivers
Nice to have
- 1-year clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred

- $84k-$94k
