About the role

  • The Coordinator, Market Supply Services is responsible for managing all logistics, documentation, and compliance activities related to the international shipment of finished goods and bulk spirits.
  • This role ensures on time, accurate, and compliant exports through close coordination with internal teams, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and international customers.

Responsibilities

  • Export Operations & Coordination Manage end‑to‑end export shipment processes for finished goods and bulk spirits, including booking, documentation, scheduling, and track‑and‑trace.
  • Coordinate with production, warehousing, quality, customer service, and freight partners to ensure on-time shipping readiness.

Requirements

  • Export documentation Incoterms HTS classification TTB regulations for beverage alcohol Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers Proficiency in ERP and logistics systems;

Nice to have

  • Arrange transportation via ocean, air, truck, or multimodal freight, ensuring cost‑effective and timely delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Required Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or related field preferred 2-5 years of experience in export logistics, preferably in beverage alcohol,

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $53,040.00 to $66,300.00.
