Responsibilities
- Provide project logging for the preliminary design phase.
- Closing out of Public and Private Projects, ensuring all documents, final inspections, and estimates are complete before recommending final acceptance.
- Provide constructability QA/QC reviews of preliminary designs.
Requirements
- Your ability to ensure client satisfaction will be paramount, driving repeat business and positive referrals.
- Identify necessary required staff resources and work with the Construction Manager in the hiring process, Provide coaching and training of staff.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or better in civil engineering or related field.
- 10 years or more experience in water main, sanitary sewer, road, pathways, and stormwater systems.
- Working knowledge of established construction practices, procedures and techniques as well as applicable local, state and federal delivery requirements.
- State of Ohio PE license is preferred but NOT required.
- ODOT prequalification as a CEI or CEII preferred.
Skills
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS programs.
