About the role
- You'll get the satisfaction of making great products people use and love.
- You will champion the Quality Operating System (QOS).
- Member of the Plant Operating Committee and responsible for keeping OCM informed of status on Quality issues.
Responsibilities
- As part of our Manufacturing team, you'll help build the world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles we're known for.
- In our plants around the world, we're constantly developing new technologies and processes to further increase our efficiency.
- Develop and mentor plant personnel on the QOS, coach and train on the appropriate use of standard Quality Tools Champion and Deliver the plant Policy Deployment Process for Quality.
Requirements
- Quality engineering background preferred Engineering degree preferred Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred Strong knowledge of the Ford Production
- Candidates for positions with Ford Motor Company must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
