About the role
- The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- The Commercial Services Specialist II contributes to the growth and success of the Commercial Services division by promoting and educating clients on various services offered within Inventory Solutions.
- Client Services Specialist and COAST/IBM/DSQWAT teams to solution for issues that impeded meeting client SLA's.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Minimum:
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Previous experience as a Commercial Services Specialist strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience.
- The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline;
- or 5 years' experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Problem solving and de-escalation skills required.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Attention to detail required.
Compensation
- Hourly base pay rate is $20.10 - $30.10/hour.
- The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

- Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
