Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver scalable, user-focused features across backend services, APIs, and frontend applications
  • Drive improvements to platform performance, reliability, and maintainability across a complex SaaS environment
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate product goals into technical solutions that support long-term growth
  • Lead technical problem-solving efforts, proactively identifying and resolving product-level issues
  • Support a collaborative engineering culture through mentorship, code reviews, and process improvements
  • Help evolve engineering best practices that enable teams to deliver efficiently and continuously improve
  • Work alongside people who collaborate, support one another, and lead with integrity.
  • Partner with teams around the world to solve complex challenges that matter.

Requirements

  • Proven professional software development experience using Clojure
  • Strong understanding of scalable SaaS application development and modern software architecture
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies and engineering best practices
  • Experience with ClojureScript

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000 USD.
