Responsibilities
- As a Residential Assistant, you will assist residents with personal care, facilitate recreational activities, and provide emotional support to enhance their quality of life.
- Observe, document and report to Resident Care Coordinator or their designee any changes to residents' condition.
Requirements
- Maintain required resident care documentation per State regulations and Navion Senior Solutions policies and procedures.
- Transport residents when required.
