- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check

- Motor Vehicle Records (MVR)
- Requirements Upon Hire
- The selected candidate must obtain or complete the following after accepting the position and within the established timeframe:
- Certified Pool Operator
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of collegiate coaching experience preferred
- Pool management experience preferred
- Previous collegiate experience preferred
