Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Assist with skilled trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or masonry as needed Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and instructions Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications Load and unload construction materials and equipment Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all safety regulations and company policies Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and climb for extended periods Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces when required
