About the role
- As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while creating an exceptional buying experience from the first conversation through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Accurately maintain customer information and sales activities within dealership systems
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States
Compensation
- Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential- Annual earning opportunity: $60,000-$120,000+
