About the role
- We are seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our growing team as the first point of contact for guests and their pets.
- In this role, you'll play a key part in creating a welcoming, professional, and compassionate atmosphere while managing a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate client and patient records in our veterinary management software.
Nice to have
- Proficient with computers and scheduling software (experience with ezyVet management software is a plus).
