About the role
- Troubleshoot/repair mechanical equipment and components, hydraulic/pneumatic equipment, electrical equipment, web handling systems, pumps, etc.
- Supporting management with scrutiny of all maintenance spending and proper parts inventory
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
- Possess a Two (2) year Technical Degree/Diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in a Mechanical Discipline from an accredited institution.
- Three (3) years of experience installing, diagnosing and repairing high speed assembly and/or automated packaging machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Three (3) years of experience diagnosing and repairing electrical power supply, machine control device, pneumatic, hydraulic equipment(s) in a manufacturing environment.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this 3M Production role, in compliance with U.S. labor and safety laws.

Compensation
- The starting rate of pay for this position is $36.78 This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
- The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
