Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to solve complex business challenges through modern software engineering, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Lead architecture and technical design efforts across digital product development, application modernization, systems integration, and intelligent software platforms.
- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack solutions leveraging modern engineering practices and cloud-native architectures.
- Lead software delivery teams through the full Agile lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation to create measurable business value.
- Mentor architects, engineers, and technical leads on software engineering best practices, solution architecture, and AI implementation.
- Support business development activities by shaping opportunities, defining solution approaches, and developing proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Partner with client executives to define digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption strategies.
- Help identify and develop new service offerings, accelerators, and market opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and technology delivery.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
Nice to have
- Experience leading AI transformation, modernization, or digital product initiatives.
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies.
- Experience defining AI governance and operating models.
- Relevant cloud, architecture, AI, or engineering certifications.
- Consulting experience working with Fortune 1000, enterprise, and upper middle-market organizations.
