Responsibilities

Requirements
- Clearly explain what an Ara installation involves, upgrades or changes that may be required, timeline and next steps, set realistic expectations to avoid post-sale friction.
- Gather all site-specific inputs required for: permitting applications, utility interconnection.
- Flag: ready-to-install homes, conditional approvals (with required upgrades), non-viable sites, ensure clean handoff to sales (if issues impacting conversion), operations / installers (for execution)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- May be required to travel to other dcbel hubs for up to two weeks at a time.
- Must have compliant government issued ID for domestic air/ground travel.
- Strong EQ, entrepreunarial mindset and resourceful and ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely.
- Ability to safely handle power tools, hand tools, ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards, batteries and other similar electrical equipment

Skills
- Comfortable performing multiple home visits daily, Strong observational / diagnostic skills
