About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable, including cash application and follow-up on outstanding balances
- Communicate with retail partners regarding billing, payment, and AR-related inquiries
Requirements
- Accounting or finance-related work experience required
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and detail-oriented when resolving issues
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Solid understanding of AR processes and general accounting principles
Nice to have
- Edgemine, Inc. is looking for an experienced accounting team member with a strong background in U.S.-based accounting operations and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP and working with U.S. retail accounts is highly preferred.
- Hands-on accounting or AR experience with a U.S.-based company strongly preferred
- Experience in wholesale or retail apparel industry preferred
- Familiarity with shipping platforms such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS is a plus
