- ROCKWOOL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our North American Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities

Nice to have
- Source, screen, and interview candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews, offer logistics, onboarding activities and pre-employment requirements
- Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports
- Process candidate travel and expense reimbursements
- One or more years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, required, with additional experience in HR a plus
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
Compensation
- Actual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, internal equity and market data.
- $60,000 - $80,000.
