About the role
- Tracing its roots to the founding of the Wellington Fund in 1928, the original Wellington Management Company was incorporated in 1933.

- Our clients include public funds, central banks, insurance entities, endowments, foundations, mutual fund sponsors, retirement plan sponsors - both defined benefit and defined contribution - and many other types of institutions.
Responsibilities
- External audit support including audit work papers and responding to auditor inquiries
- In support of this commitment, our employees work from our offices 4 days a week with flexibility to work remotely 1 day a week.
- We believe that this approach ultimately supports our mission to deliver investment excellence to our clients and their beneficiaries over the long term.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or previous experience in an accounting setting required
- 0-3 years' experience, preferably in accounting role
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
Nice to have
- Strong Excel and system skills preferred, Workday experience a plus
Compensation
- USD 80,000 - 150,000 This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education.
- This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
- Base salary is only one component of Wellington's total compensation approach.
