Construction Project Manager Holland Power Services Inc., a subsidiary of Alectra Inc., is a leading power line restoration company in North America with operations in New Brunswick, Ontario, Quebec, and New England.
Position Overview Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing construction projects from tendering and planning through execution and closeout.

Manage construction projects from tendering and planning through execution and closeout.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, estimates, and resource requirements to support successful project delivery.
Identify and manage project risks, scope changes, and financial impacts.
Monitor project costs and financial performance to support profitability objectives.
Support project quality assurance activities, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Support business growth by contributing to tendering activities and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Minimum 5+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and contract administration.
Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of applicable safety regulations, construction practices, and quality management principles.
Must maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract, remain legally eligible to travel internationally, and be available to travel throughout Canada and the United States as required.
Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering Technology, Business, or a related field.
Experience managing industrial electrical, utility, powerline construction, civil infrastructure, or related projects is preferred.
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is considered an asset.

Salary Range: $85,000 -$118,000 annually.
Salary will be commensurate with the successful candidate's qualifications, experience, and demonstrated abilities.
