Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SCADA engineering team, providing guidance and support
- Design, implement, and maintain SCADA and energy management systems
- Collaborate with trading, IT, and infrastructure teams
- Support onboarding of new assets and maintain system documentation
- Develop dashboards and tools to improve operational visibility
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners
- Strong troubleshooting and operational support experience (including on-call)
Requirements
- Strong experience with SCADA/GMS platforms and real-time energy operations, including Monarch, Hitachi, GE, PI,
- Experience with Modbus, OPC, ICCP, and system integrations
Nice to have
- AGC, cloud/databases, dashboards/monitoring tools, leadership experience, certifications, and French language skills

- Knowledge of power trading, scheduling, asset dispatch, and ISO/RTO markets (ERCOT a plus)

Compensation
- 💵 Competitive salary between USD $120.000 - US$160.000
- 🌴15 days of paid vacation per year at hire and up to 27 according to seniority (annual untaken vacation days are cashed out)
- 📴8 paid holidays + 5 sick days + 2 personal days per year
