Responsibilities
- Perform performance and compliance testing on flow meters, sensors, and communication products
- Support the design and development of test setups, control systems, and automated data acquisition tools
- Develop and maintain test procedures, work instructions, and documentation
- Troubleshoot and support existing lab equipment, hardware, and software systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Project Management teams
- This is an ideal early-career opportunity for someone who enjoys working hands-on with hardware, data, and automation-while building deep technical expertise in a collaborative engineering environment.
- You'll work alongside experienced engineers to design and execute test solutions, improve lab systems, and contribute to product development from concept through validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Ability to take initiative and work both independently and within a team environment
Nice to have
- Internship, co-op, or 1-2 years of experience in engineering, testing, or lab environments
- Exposure to programming or automation tools (e.g., Python, PLCs/Allen-Bradley)
- Familiarity with data acquisition systems, instrumentation, or lab testing equipment
- Basic understanding of software development concepts and data analysis methods
- Experience working in a manufacturing or product development environment
- Curious and eager to learn through hands-on experimentation
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and projects
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across disciplines
